RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Diamond Pearls does not accept any returns or offer refunds on any products. All orders are final once payment is made. This includes all custom-made grillz, tooth gem & tooth charm products, teeth whitening products.
The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct upon checkout. Diamond Pearls takes no responsibility for any parcels that do not get delivered and are returned to the sender if the shipping address isn't valid if the customer doesn't pick up their item or is non-contactable to the courier companies. No refunds are given under these circumstances. Upon the arrival of returned to-sender parcels, Diamond Pearls will issue you with a store credit only.
Upon purchasing all customers accept these terms and conditions including grillz customers. It is up to the customer to provide Diamond Pearls with a usable and correct teeth impression. Diamond Pearls has the right to refuse any impressions that we find are not useable. Diamond Pearls can only work with the best impression that is provided, while we do our best to flag these impressions if it has been found that a grillz doesn't fit due to impression issues Diamond Pearls take no responsibility for the fitment and outcome. No refunds or remakes will be accepted.
No refunds are given to any customers who wish not to give a suitable impression. Extra impressions are at the cost of the customer.
Diamond Pearls will not accept any orders that get flagged as fraudulent. Your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
