Shipping policy

Please ensure that you have correctly entered your shipping information. Diamond Pearls takes no responsibility for parcels that don't get delivered due to incorrect shipping information. 

Order Fulfilment 
Processing and fulfilment of your order is 1-7 business days depending on your order. If you believe that there is an issue with your order we will do what we can to help resolve the matter. You are required to contact us within 5 days of the parcel being delivered. Diamond Pearls takes photos of all orders upon packing as proof of products. 

DHL EXPRESS is NOT insured. No cover is provided if the parcel is lost in transit. 

Grillz Shipping 
The customer must purchase return shipping, including express shipping, signature on delivery & insurance on your grillz. Insurance is required protection if your grillz gets lost in the mail by New Zealand post, you will be eligible for compensation. 

Orders over $1400 will only have $1400 worth of insurance. If you wish to fully insure your shipping you will be required to pay the extra $2.50 per $100. If the customer chooses not to insure their grillz then they take the full risk if their item gets lost in the mail. 

Once your order is placed, you will be sent out 1 x free at-home impression kit. Additional kits are required to be purchased by the customer. The customer is required to pay for the return shipping of their impression.

Shipping Times
Shipping time frames are estimates only. Once your order is received by the shipping company Diamond Pearls has no control and takes no responsibility for the delivery of your order. Shipping estimates DO NOT include order fulfilment times. 

Custom Duties and Taxes
Diamond Pearls is only responsible for shipping the product to the customer. The customer is responsible for paying any import fees, duties, import costs etc to the courier/shipping company if required.

Each country has their own rules and regulations. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees upon delivery. If the customer denies or refuses to pay the fees on delivery your order will be abandoned. Diamond Pearls takes no responsibility for paying duties/taxes/fees and will not take responsibility for any abandoned orders.

If your order gets returned to the sender due to your parcel not being picked up or duties paid it can take up to 3 months for the parcel to arrive back to us. No refunds or extra shipments will be made.
